Finding God 2021 is for Grades 1 through 6, but is aligned with Finding God Kindergarten (©2018) and Finding God Grades 7-8 (©2014) which are included in the product listing below. Covering the full and authentic teachings of the Catholic church and rooted in Scripture, Church Tradition, and Ignatian spirituality, Finding God: Our Response to God's Gifts starts children out on a life of intentional discipleship and fosters a lived relationship with God through Jesus. It provides all the tools to engage the whole child-mind, heart, and soul-uniquely guiding children to engage with Scripture, practice prayer, and to find God in all things. Spiral curriculum integrates the fundamental themes of the Catechism with Scripture and Catholic social teachings. Children are introduced to and revisit concepts and vocabulary from one year to the next, as their knowledge and experience both broadens and deepens. The program features: multimedia content-animations, narrated videos, interactive activities, and audio clips; abundant Scripture; Special sections on the foundations of the Catholic faith; Reflection and prayer; Multimodal learning; Additional family resources; and Family Catechesis. Scripture posters, reproducible blackline masters and small group project plans are included with each Catechist Guide. Art easels with 25 prints per grade provide teachers with new methods to help children explore Scripture, tradition and concepts of the Catholic faith. Upon request, a free copy of Catholic Prayers for Catholic Families (English or bilingual) will be included with the order of each student book.
