Can I return the books I don’t need?

If you need to make a return, prior authorization is required. Call us at 800/348-2227 during our normal business hours and our customer service representatives will give you authorization, if you qualify. They will answer your questions and give you specific packing and shipping instructions
Your overstock items should be returned to us within 90 days. Always be careful not to mark any books you may need to return.

Please pay particular attention to how you pack books for return shipment. Ensure that books do not move around in the carton during shipment, and reinforce the carton corners – inside and out – if necessary.

If books arrive damaged because of poor packing, we cannot issue credit for them. Please call if you have questions.
