What does shipping cost?
Add your items to the cart and click Calculate Shipping to see the cost.
Orders within the United States get half-off shipping over $1,000 and free over $5,000, based on the subtotal. No promo code needed. Special orders, expedited, and drop-shipped items may be charged full price.
When does my order go out?
Orders placed after noon Eastern are normally processed the following business day.
Something I want is on backorder
We ship what's in stock now and send the rest when it reaches us. The order shows the date we expect it, and you can drop a backordered item later if you can't wait.
How long does delivery take?
Transit time, on top of the day or two it takes us to get the order out:
- Continental US. FedEx 1–5 business days, USPS 2–8.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories. USPS, 2–14 business days. No Ground service to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
- APO/FPO/DPO. USPS, to the military transport location.
- Canada. Priority Mail International, 6–10 business days to major markets.
- Expedited. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select run 1, 2 and 3 business days from when the order ships. Saturday delivery only on Next Day orders placed Thursday.
USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates. If something has to be there for a particular day, we recommend FedEx.
Can I pick a delivery date?
Yes. Choose Ship Later during checkout and set a Deliver on date. The order goes to the warehouse about a week ahead of it. With FedEx we hold it there and time the shipment to arrive on the day you picked. USPS can't be held to a date, so it ships as soon as it's picked: Media Mail usually arrives within a few days of your date, and sometimes weeks later.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes, by USPS. FedEx can't ship to a PO Box.
