Ordering Options

You can order online from this web site either by searching or browsing for items and putting them in your shopping cart, or by using the Quick Order Form, on the right on the Shopping Cart page, to input a list of product numbers. You can also easily view and re-buy any products that you've purchased over the last three years on the Reorder Products page.

You can also order by calling us, or sending us your orders via mail, fax or e-mail.

By phone…
Call toll-free, 800/348-2227. Our customer service representatives are available to serve you Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Eastern time.

By fax…
Fax your order to us at 574/273-4309. Be sure everything is very clearly printed or typed, since the faxed document is less clear than your original. Also, please leave the last inch of your sheet empty since it can get cut off.

Did my order go through?

Once you complete your order, you will see a confirmation screen with an order number on it, and the "Cart" image at the top of the page will have "0" on it. If your order is not complete, click on the “Cart” link and follow the checkout process until you reach the confirmation screen.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order once it goes through and a shipping confirmation email once it is shipped.

Back Orders

If you order more of an item than we currently have in stock, we will tell you how many of that item is available and when we expect our next shipment.
You can then choose either to have the out-of-stock quantity placed on back order or take the item off your order.
You will be charged shipping for the back-order when your order is invoiced.

Shopping Cart Longevity

If you have set up an account your shopping cart will be saved for at least 90 days.

Order Status

Once you have signed in to your account you can view your past orders and order status at Your Orders page. “Pending” means we have received the order and are processing it. Feel free to call us to check on the status of any order.

Order history

You can review each of the orders you placed in the past three years, listed by date, on the Your Orders page. You can also quickly view all the products you've purchased over the last three years and easily re-buy them on the Reorder Products page.
