If online material is included with a purchase, you might need to request access to it.

Ask for digital access when you place the order

If you want digital access, type digital access please in the Special Instructions box during checkout. The digital access process is different for each publisher, and it may take a few days to complete your request.

I've already ordered and need access

Email service@comcenter.com with your order number, the title, and the email address that should have the access.

I didn't receive the access code

Check junk mail, since the email comes from the publisher.

How long does the access last?

Usually the digital access expires a year from the purchase date, and expires even if you don't use it that year.
