Order Status

Where is my order?

Open the Your Orders page and find it in the list. Each shipment has its own tracking number, with the delivery status next to it. Anything we haven't sent yet is under Not shipped yet.

Part of my order came, but not all of it

Boxes on the same order can arrive a day or two apart. View the order to see what was in each shipment, and what's still to come with the date we expect to ship it.

Something is missing, or I can't find the delivery

Open every box first, since it may be in a second one. Then ask whoever takes deliveries for your building, since a parcel is often signed for at a front office and put aside. If it still hasn't turned up, email service@comcenter.com with your order number and we'll trace it with the carrier.

When will the backordered part ship?

The item shows an Earliest Estimated ship date, our best estimate from the publisher's schedule.

I never got a confirmation email, or need a copy of the order

The order is on the Your Orders page, with View or Print Paper Copy at the bottom of its page. If we're holding it for something, like a tax exempt document, the confirmation goes out when the order comes off hold.
