Student Book

For primary grades. Eight lessons, each eight pages in length. Student books feature chapter openers that draw the students into the topic with a story or real life example. With Scripture, Home and Family pages, Catholic teaching, activities, and prayer in every chapter. The final chapter which is taught after the children receive the sacrament helps them reflect back on their First Eucharist experience to deepen their appreciation of the mystery. Includes five special features to enrich the learning experience: Word of God (additional Scripture verse relevant to the chapter theme); This We Believe (a clear statement of Catholic teaching); Let's Talk (discussion questions); Catholic Practices (insight into Catholic practices and traditions); Parish Connection (helps the child understand parish life); and We Celebrate (highlights the sacrament rite).
