What is expectant faith? Expectant faith definied by the dictionary is an: eager anticipation (expectant) of a strong belief in a supernatural power that controls human destiny (faith). Expectant faith is a faith that is living and growing in trust and hope. This happens because a fervent soul asks, seeks and knocks (Mt 7:7). People were created for God and to have a relationship with God. They seek to hear God's voice through his word. They begin to stand on the promises of God. In the process, the heart and mind are changed and transformed towards the heard and mind of Jesus Christ.
