As couples go through the Joy-Filled Marriage program, the Journal enables them to record and return to what was most meaningful to them during their marriage preparation and to continue building habits they began developing during the program. The Journal also includes a special "First Five Years" section, which provides couples with anniversary conversation pieces and activities so they can continue to build on the solid foundation they received from the program during the early years of transition to married life.
