The pads keep all the worksheets together in one place, helping teachers stay organized. These worksheets include scripture and prayer features along with open-ended, creative activities to allow students to process sensitive material in a Catholic context. Designed to allow teachers and catechists to present the lessons in the order they find most appropriate for their program along with the children and families it serves. The modular design of the program allows for lessons to be taught independently, helping children distinguish between vastly different topics. Individual worksheets also encourage students to take their lessons home and talk with their families about the topics they are discussing in class. Due to the sensitive topics taught in Growing with GOD, children are not intended to be rigorously tested on lesson content. However, at the end of each lesson catechists and teachers can access a short online assessment which can be given to students individually or to the class as a whole to assess understanding of the lesson content.
