An early childhood curriculum for children ages 3 and 4, ages 4 and 5, and Kindergarten for use in school and parish. Allelu! implements a multi-sensory methodology combining teacher-directed, teacher-assisted, and child-directed activities. Uses experiental learning techniques such as art, dramatic play, music, crafts and discussions to engage children. The program consists of 28 Child/Family Activity Sheets for kids to work on in class and then bring home to share with the family, serving as the child's placemat at the family dinner table. They include prayer, Scripture, and a saint in every lesson. The Catechist/Teacher Guide offers multiple lesson options and a choice of activities that work in any budget, space and schedule. Includes sample lesson scripts. Other program components include a reproducible Music CD, a set of over 30 Magnetic Figures, a training DVD, and a special Catholic Parent Know-How magazine, Bringing Allelu! Home.
