Call to Faith, Jr. High – OSV Curriculum

A flexible religious education program for young adolescents using a thematic approach to catechesis. Material in the Call To Faith single volumes for grade 7 and grade 8 is presented in seven Faith Booklets in this junior high program. The program can be used in parish, school, youth ministry, family or intergenerational settings.

Catholic Connections, Junior High - Saint Mary's Press

A faith formation program that introduces young adolescents to Jesus Christ in a new way and inspires them to follow him. Fosters the faith of young adolescents by helping them to make connections between the Catholic faith and everyday life. Helps young people to strengthen their connection to the faith community.

Connect, Junior High – RCL Benziger

An alternative to the traditional textbook approach for parish junior high program. Uses Student Books that present one of 11 themes in magazine format and can be covered in six sessions each.

Crossroads, Jr. High – OSV Curriculum

Discovering, Junior High – Saint Mary’s

Student booklets contain discussion exercises, journal-writing activities, summaries of information presented orally by the teacher, and interesting sidebars, all in an eye-catching format. Each of the 14 Discovering courses provides six 1-hour sessions for parish programs.

Faith and Witness, Junior High – Sadlier

A junior high parish program that uses a unique forum approach to involve students in discussion. Each of the five student books provides material for one full semester. Chapters include discussion, reflection, and prayer.

Living Our Faith, Jr. High – OSV Curriculum

A skills-oriented curriculum to engage and challenge teens. The program has six titles: God, Church, Church History, Sacraments, and Morality. Each student book has 10 chapters that can be taught in one 60-minute session or in two to five 30-minute sessions.

We Live Our Faith, Junior High - Sadlier

Each volume in this two-volume series is a complete year-long course for grade 7 or 8. The program can accommodate parish and school settings and a number of teaching schedules. Volume I centers on the life of Jesus. The focus of Volume II is the church from Pentecost to the present.
